2 bedroom duplex. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a walk-in closet and the other has two closets. Decent size kitchen with stove and refrigerator provided with enough room for a table with 4 chairs. Bathroom has a full tub/shower combination. Washer and Dryer available in the basement. There is also a back deck and front covered porch. We do snow removal on the public walk and mow the yard, you would need to do snow removal on your private sidewalk and steps. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. 12 month utility average as of 1/14/2025 is $106 Pet deposit additional $500 plus $25 per animal monthly added to your rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
