The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and also serves as a walk in closet. Corner house so plenty of parking on street. A yard which can be used by all tenants. Landlord pays water, sewage, and garbage. Tenant pays electric. 12 month utility average is $51. Pet Deposit $500 plus a $25 per month fee added to your rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
