We’ve lived in a 2 bed, 2 bath here for the past three years, and it’s been such a special place for us. This apartment wasn’t just where we lived—it’s where we grew as a family and created so many meaningful memories. It will always hold a special place in our hearts as our first home.
The staff and maintenance team have always been warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made our experience even better. Any time we needed something, they were quick to respond and genuinely cared.
While... we’re excited to start a new chapter, it’s bittersweet to leave a place that has meant so much to us. We’ll always look back on our time here with gratitude and appreciation. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during this season of our lives.

Best maintained team and apartments I’ve ever lived.
I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, professional, and efficiency any request is handled quickly and with care. It really makes a difference knowing things are taken seriously.
The administration team is just as amazing. They are always friendly, organized, and willing to help with anything you need. Communication is clear, and they truly make residents feel valued.
Overall, this community is well-managed, and it shows. I highly... recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place where service and professionalism really stand out.

Great place to live!
We have been at LPT for 3 years and love it! They’re so quick to respond to not only emergencies but any work order we have had put in. The community is quiet & a great location to everything. Ms. Jennifer is so kind and always quick to respond to any questions I have. The maintenance team are all so kind and quick to respond. Truly couldn’t have picked a better place for the location and value!

Awesome Location
I have lived at this property in Lexington for almost 3 years. From the beginning, I've had no issues or complaints, and I genuinely appreciate the property manager and staff. They are always present, walking around the property, and ensuring everything is in top shape.
Whenever there's an issue, the maintenance team is incredibly prompt – they usually address any concerns within 24 hours. It's reassuring to know that no issue goes unnoticed or unaddressed. The property is well-maintained, and... I feel safe knowing I can come and go as I please without any worries.
If you're considering moving to the Lexington area, I highly recommend this property. It's located in a great spot and offers a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

10/10, Couldn't Ask for Better
I've lived at Lexington Place for 2 years or so, and I've loved every minute of it. The staff is wonderful and communicative. The maintenance team is efficient and polite. The neighbors are sweet and everyone is pretty quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained. You also can't beat how close you are to everything. You're pretty much 10-15 mins from Lexington and Downtown Columbia. Tons of stores and restaurants around. And I always felt that the price was fair for a great apartment in... a great location. I couldn't have asked for better!
