We’ve only been here a month and the experience has been terrible. Before moving in, we repeatedly asked for a list of required docs but kept being told everything was complete, only to continue to be asked for more docs, delaying our move-in. They even attempted to get us to sign an incorrect lease to keep our initial date, but we refused.

When we got the keys, the unit was still dirty from construction, with dust everywhere and tools left behind. We had to hire a cleaner before moving in... .

Amazon package delivery has also been a constant issue, the packages continue sent to the wrong complex and management doesn’t think it’s their problem and just suggested adding the complex name or putting the leasing office’s address. Amazon provided instruction on how to fix it, but they are refusing to help.

The lack of problem-solving skills, communication and accountability has been disappointing and unacceptable. We would never recommend living here. Counting down day until we move out. Read More

Community is nice but location is noisy from the closeness to the highway. The cleanliness of the hallways could be better. It would help to change the metal entry doors and make the hallways more secure.
