My experience thus far has been great. My only complaints are the trash debris, stains, & odors in the breezeways in which I understand residents contribute to the up keeping of this. I also wish community events were held sometimes on the weekends for residents who work full time jobs during the week to also enjoy.

Staff has been very kind and helpful during the move in process! The complex is well managed and clean. We also appreciate that we can’t hear any neighbors while in our home.

I hate how people let their dogs use the bathroom right outside the entry door, you can smell the urine as soon as you walk up to the door. This one’s minor but I think the community could invest is better trash cans. The top comes off as soon as you touch it. There should also be a disposal for boxes/cardboard. Also some type of cleaning service for the hallways and elevators. I know everyday isn’t feasible but some type of schedule. And lastly I have a lot of issues in my apartment, I haven’t... got around to doing a maintenance ticket yet because I haven’t had the opportunity to unpack and get my place in order but a lot of the outlets in the kitchen don’t work and my fridge leaks. Really enjoy living here office staff are exceptional and the maintenance work is done promptly and efficiently. The amenities are really good and are taking really good care of
