if i could give negative stars i would. from the moment we moved in we had nothing, but problems and the office is less than helpful when it comes to anything. our unit was covered in mold and there were all kinds of water damage, bugs were painted over, the car wash area never worked, and the dog park is completely rundown.

I’ve lived here for two years. New people took over management and the only things that are kept up is the lawn. The maintenance team is dumb, literally have zero knowledge on maintenance or will just put duck tape or something else to fix problems unless the issue is completely un fixable. Not enough washing machines and dryers for the laundry room. The machines are small and cost 1.75 per load so when they break down or aren’t drying like they’re supposed to that’s more money you’re throwing... away just to complete a basic necessity. New management promised us a lot of good change to upgrade the place since it was built in the 70s, and have yet to hear or see any good changes for the complex. Sundance Management for 3 years, is hard to reach and lacking in their care for the property. Grass around cars is neglected and grows over a foot tall. Parking is on dirt, not marked and not assigned. It is a mess with outsiders who don't pay rent using spaces that tenants pay for. Tenants have to park far away from their entrance to unload groceries. Rocks were purposely put down and are everywhere creating fall hazard especially for the disabled. Laundry room is messy and hot, dogs poop all... over the property. Gutters are not cleaned and clogged water drainage causes mosquitoes. A tenant that has resided here for 40 years, is now handicapped just had his parking space taken from him. So sad! If I could rate management with less than one star, I would! Read More

This place is really nice and quiet. The management is very responsive. Love the dog park, and BBQ area.
