rude management ! They do not care about their tenants. Loud noise and neighbors all hour of the day and night, trashy breezeways, German cockroaches inside, a lot of theft, horrible smells, things are always broken, outdated, broken blinds in tenants apartments that make it look horrible, no parking for residents living there. Just overall poorly managed and not keep up.

What kind of place insists on electronic front door key with a fab but won't replace the battery before it dies and your locked out of your own apartment waiting hours for maintenance?

This apartment is really nice. All the amenities as well. People are really good and you can be in complete relax . I love Summerville and this area is so beautiful. The manager and all the people working on the leasing is extremely helpful.

I’ve lived in Alta Brighton Apartments, now, Elevate Apartments, since 2018, and was the first occupant in my unit. I have absolutely loved my experience- from my beauty and cleanliness of the apartment unit itself community itself; the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; the amenities; and the overall “feel” of the community. It was a “home away from home” during my time in Charleston! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
