It’s a lovely community that is well-organized, clean, and friendly. We are lucky and grateful to be able to live here. The amenities (gym, pool, maintenance) are fantastic and the community events helps with keeping us feel connected to our fellow neighbors and adds to the friendly atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and calm place to live in Summerville!

The community is so quiet and beautiful and well designed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Love all of the events planned like Food Truck Fridays and monthly special curated events.

We have been at the Villas for one week. Everyone we have met has been very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff have responded quickly to the few issues we experienced. Great place to live!

This is a nice quiet place to live that offers a more unique experience than traditional apartment style places. Dog friendly and there are many places to walk!
