Homes are amazing! Maintenance team is outstanding! Office staff is slow to respond. Difficult to get an appointment. They don’t communicate the community events even though we’ve complained about the lack of communications multiple times.

Bellary Flats is the best complex my husband and I have ever lived at. We just moved to the Charleston area from coastal Alabama for work, and we already feel right at home. SUPER gorgeous grounds, beautiful apartments, amazing amenities:
