I have spent a year in this rental complex and loved so many things about it - green, quiet environment minutes to everything , modern and spacious interiors, easy access amenities, etc., but nothing more than Samantha, the complex manager. She had always been responsive, understanding, kind, and got the job done. Highly recommend!

Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful apartments and very spacious. Kind neighbors, small community with the feel of being home when you enter the apartment.

Cant open the windows because the apartment company will not put screens on the windows. It's ridiculous. It would cost me upwards of $600 to buy screens for 6 windows.

I moved in last week and am super happy with my apartment. It's brand new so no one has lived here before and everything works properly. My frenchie loves to run around and see the other doggies in the dog park. The ceilings are like the highest I've seen in apartments around here so my apartment is always bright and sunny. Theresa made my move in simple and I'm close to my job in Downtown Summerville but it's quiet and private and there isn't 30 min of traffic right out front every day.
