I would hate for someone else to go through what I went through with this complex management. Is horrible!! You will have a bug problem, utilities going up every month with no explanation, work orders being ignored. Please be very careful. Take pictures when moving in and keep all your work orders. management is not turthful and pretends to be freindly.

Do not move here ! Bug infestation never fixed the issue ended up moving out to a better place , also it takes them weeks to fix minor issues such as clogged sinks or dishwasher. Tub had a crack in it water pouring out through the bottom of the tub took management mths to fix the issue worst place I've ever lived also there is a homeless man that digs In the trash at night and walks around the premises leaking in tenants cars stay away !!!

I remember when you moved out because WE FOUND the crack in the tub upon walking the unit at move out. It was never reported to us. Also we have Gregory Pest control on contract and they come every week to treat units THAT REPORT to us there is a... problem. We also have onsite security and have never had an issue with homeless reported to us or the on site city policy officer that lives here. We wish you well on your future endeavors.

Have been here for almost two years. Tracy has been awesome. If I ever have any issues they are promptly taken care of.

Have lived at Park Square for going on 8 years now and can honestly say I can call this home.
TRACY being our regional Manager has proven to be a top knotch and respectable manager who stays on top of all her properties. This property is up to date with all amenities and is close to shopping and restaurants.
