They keep deleting my reviews. No communication. Infested with roaches and ants. Maintenance never fixes anything. Broken dish washer. No AC for 8 months straight. Broken dryer. Utility closet full of water leaking from machines.

I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience, We have hired new maintenance to fix these problem areas. Conditions have improved greatly. Please contact the office during business hours to allow us to correct these issues for you .

its been a week since our move in and thus far I have had the garbage disposal clogged and non operable. I called the office. I also called due to the washer leaking and not working correctly causing excessive water leakage and missing a cold water hose. the garbage disposal has also flooded the dishwasher making THAT not operable. Week one!
Unacceptable.!!!
