I love the atmosphere of the building itself, however, building staff is generally unresponsive and unhelpful. The location is not in a particularly safe part of Spartanburg and on occasion homeless people do enter the property. They recently increased rents by well over 15% (over $300/month in some cases) without any type of justification or attempt to improve the property or quality of life for tenants. The building is prone to mold and it no matter how much you try to clean, it always returns... . Management has made promises of a gym for multiple years that has never been delivered on, all the grills temp gauges don't work, and in summary, living here has been a very frustrating experience. The building has potential but seriously not worth the money they are expecting.
