The staff was super kind and welcoming!! I had the pleasure of speaking with Lillian in the leasing office. She gave me a tour of one of the units, answered all my questions honestly, and provided information on the restricted income pricing as well as regular pricing. Again she was open and honest with a potential tenet and willing to work with my budget!!

First of all I’d like to say these apartments are nice and spacious and I have no issues with that. I like them! The only issue I have is my whole apartment smells like cigarette and marijuana smoke. I have 2 young children and I’m currently pregnant. I have spoken with the people working in the front office and maintenance but nothings going to get done about it. I don’t think it’s fair that I pay all this money to not be able to live smoke free in my apartment. My children’s rooms and bathroom... and hall closet/laundry room reek of smoke. We just moved here from across the country with our kids. Came here based on the reviews and website without ever seeing the apartment in person. It really is beautiful and peaceful here! No noise and everyone is friendly and the people who work here are so nice. The pool is great and its gated and tucked away. Im happy to be here!
