Does not accommodate retired seniors without income
I am retired and have no income currently and they will not approve my application. I will have a very large amount of money when I sell my home next week. They keep repeating the same thing. Have someone with income apply with me. Which I don't have. Zero flexibility.

Do not move here.
Terrible customer service, ridiculous pricing, and all promise with no deliveries. Do not move here, you will regret it. Property managers are horrible.
