Love it here!
Pendleton Mill Lofts is a great place to live. I live in a brand new apartment, and all of my inquiries have been handled smoothly and in a timely manner. Caleb has done a great job in the office. The place is well maintained and has a private feel which I love. It is very quiet and peaceful.

Just Don’t
Brand new with lots of issues: mechanical. Weird rules for adults. The walls are so thin you hear the conversations of the tenants next and above you. Can’t choose your own internet provider and stuck with subpar service. Brick walls crumble when train goes by. Ive been hit with large chunks in the middle of night - thats when train goes by. Brick walls were never sealed and along with the large chunks come the sandy debris. Lots of college students. Save yourself the headache as the expense for... the value does not balance out. $$$$
