Have had numerous requests for maintenance ignored. Assistant manager has an “attitude “ like she is being bothered. Manager says she will get maintenance issues taken care of and nothing is done. The neighbors all tells us that the management does not care. I do not recommend these apartments, they are very old and not worth the rent. Will not be renewing my lease.

If someone could trim the bush along Greenridge in between Flintwood and Ramsgate back about a foot, that'd be great

Management is the worst I've ever seen. She does nothing to help solve any of your issues with the townhouse and doesn't seem to care. I'm convinced that any good review of this place was placed by management and not a single resident.

Stay away
Grounds covered in trash, staff unorganized and know nothing, forget getting a maintenance issue fixed. 9mths later still waiting!

A New Beginning with Northwood Townhomes
This apartment complex is close to everything. The management is awesome. My son and his girlfriend lives there also. They are in good condition. They are well maintained and they are so nice. They are very helpful too. Not to go into too much detail, they gave my husband and I a chance to start over. We have hit some financial problems. We put apps in other apartment complexes and they denied us. Thank God the people at this complex have a heart. Thank you, Christy M. North Charleston... SC
