I highly recommend this community! The proximity to Park Circle’s restaurants and parks are very close. The amenities in the complex are very nice. Good sized dog park. The pool is very nice and a great place to enjoy the sun with friends and family. The management and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Park Circle Village!!

Growing pains
Pros: large brand new apartments with great appliances and large closets; ample parking; competitive rent rates; quiet neighborhood Cons: the office and maintenance teams are not responsive, maybe this will change once the construction is done but right now it seems the focus is only on renting out vacant units; walls are thin; most of the amenities are not developed or accessible yet
