Beautiful new homes in a quiet, safe neighborhood! With the two car garage and patio its like having a house without the maintenance! Rebecca and her staff go above and beyond to take care of any needs that we have. Im so glad that we chose to live here and wed make the same choice again and again!

An absolute gem...the NEW home experience at the beach...beautiful gray floors, granite countertops, amazing fenced yards, and garages...pet-friendly...would definitely recommend...love living here!

My husband and I decided to make the move from Connecticut to South Carolina in winter 2020, and due to travel restrictions with COVID, we took a leap of faith by doing most of our research online. Rebecca was the kindest, most responsive person we worked with during our search, answering our emails and calls at all hours. We ultimately decided on Ascend Carolina Forest because of both the amazing floor plan and her customer service! The move-in process was a breeze, and we and our dogs quickly... made ourselves at home. We've only been here a short time so far, but we can truly say we've never felt more at home than here! The location is fantastic (everything you could ever need/want is within 15 mins), the unit itself is perfect for our needs, our two dogs can't get enough of the fenced-in backyard, and the community itself is really great for everyone! We absolutely love it here so far and can't wait to continue meeting neighbors as they move in.
