Thank you to Melissa, she was very helpful, great in assisting with applying, within minutes my boyfriend was approved. Every person we met was friendly, other residents have said they loved living there. It was clean, welcoming. Felt safe.

I am impressed with everything about this community more specifically, the staff and management. I have found them to be incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are exceptional - well constructed, excellent floor plans. If you are looking for a place to call home, Swells Cottage is the place!

Being new to the area, I took a gamble on such a new community. The gamble paid off big time! The chill atmosphere combined with a caring and knowledgeable staff allows me to feel like it is home sweet home. The grounds and amenity center of the neighborhood are beautifully kept. I highly recommend this wonderful place!

Abby was so great during the whole process. She explains everything and leaves no surprises. She even stayed an hour late to ensure that we could move in on our move in date. She is the BEST! As for the home. It is very cute and spacious. 10/10!!!!
