Stay away! Over priced, horrible management staff, takes forever to get things fixed. They don’t care about you. Once you sign the lease you are forgotten about and trapped.

I am very glad to be living in the Lauren Ridge community. I’m not able to get out in the community as I would like for health reasons, but I love the pictures that my kids take. It’s like living in a beautiful Park setting. The community is also well kept. Sharon J.

The community is lovely, really enjoying all of the amenities provided. People are friendly and helpful. A few things were broken in the apartment, and was given 48 hours to turn in a walk through list. But am still finding things that need to be on the list as well as broken down appliances and windows/blinds. One would need at least 30 days to evaluate anything “wrong or broken.” Love the apartments open floor plan, we feel very at home here.
