My friend lives here and I love it! Her 1 bedroom apartment is super spacious I really like the large screened in patios and the pool table in the club house. I’ve toured/ been to so many properties in this area and this by far my favorite. Everyone in the front office was super helpful too which was a big relief- apartment searching is hard enough but with a helpful staff it made it feel a lot easier. I worked with a girl named Hannah, she was sure to show me all the available options and what... she thought would better suit my needs. I am planning to move in once my lease is up!!! If you’re apartment searching- don’t miss out on an opportunity to be a resident at colonial grand at commerce park, great place.

Cozy Comfortable Colonial Grand
I am new to the community and I will say this is an amazing place to live. First let’s start with the office staff who is always helpful and understanding. Heather and Josh are amazing. I did a tour before moving in and the unit was so clean inside and out. I loved it. I even drove around the area at night to see how it is at night and despite the heavy parking it looked quiet with no one hanging around outdoors etc. The smart home feature sold me. Once I moved in and invited guests they’ve... walked through my apartment and love it. I brag on my cozy, comfortable apt all the time.

love this place
we're loving our new home so far. the location is great and the apartment itself is perfect. we knew this would be our home right away. the only downside on our side of the building is that we don't have as many parking spots as most of the property does, but that's really it. this place is home. its spacious and comfortable. plus, we heather has been great working with us.

Annemarie is awesome!
My fiancé and I moved in last October and couldn’t be happier with the neighborhood. We dealt with Annemarie for everything and she couldn’t have made things more like coming home if she tried.
