My move-in experience at IMT Edgewater apartments has been absolutely exceptional! Elizabeth, the leasing manager, went above and beyond to make the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. From my first tour to move-in day, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt welcome and informed every step of the way.
The entire leasing office and... maintenance team have been just as friendly and helpful, which made settling into my new apartment a breeze. The community is extremely clean, well-maintained, and has such a safe and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the staff here truly take pride in the property and the resident experience.
I absolutely love my new home at IMT Edgewater and couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. Huge thank you to Elizabeth and the whole IMT Edgewater team for making this such a smooth and pleasant start!

Not quiet/poor quality/mgmt won't help
Neighbors are so loud, jumping running, dog barking. Ceilings so thin that lights rattle when they walk. Talked to management multiple times and they say they can't do anything. Very frustrating for the amount of money we spend a month. Won't relocate us and can't break lease without paying a ton of money. Poor/cheap workmanship - wouldn't recommend it.

Beautiful apartments!
We fell in love as soon as we visited The Flats. We loved the look and feel as we drove in. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There were lots of options of apartments to rent and we loved the layout options! We also love walking around the property and nearby paths and trails. The location is convenient yet tucked away, so peaceful as well. Kimberly Trimberger

The Flats is The Best!
My little dog and I LOVE living at The Flats. The appliances are top notch, stainless steel. Walk-in shower (master bath) + deep soaking tub (guest bath), full size washer/dryer, granite counter tops, lots of storage space. The layout is spacious yet cozy. Trash valet is one of the greatest luxuries. We love to walk the property and go around the lake at least once every day. The pool is stunning, the clubhouse palatial. The maintenance and office staff are so attentive, welcoming, friendly and... involved every day. I hope to stay here for a very long time.
