Well we've been living here for about a year now with no problems. My husband and I are greatful for the opportunity seeing as how most apartment communities give you a hard time trying to live together as a family! The only con is the apartments are really dated it takes some getting used to the big brown doors and trim, other than that you truly can call this place home! Great Price $$. Constant change in Property Mangers and lease rules . They never change filters in air vents and when the maintenance man does come around they are looking through your belongings. No pest control . Any big problems in your apartment (AC Unit and Foundation Leaks) takes a very long to be fixed . They will charge you for light bulbs when it is very difficult to find they style of light bulbs used in the units. They have individual taking picture of any company you having coming to... your home there are always someone watching and reporting.
