No air conditioning for 2 months.
Our move in was a mess. The property manager had quit and they didn't even know. Since then our concerns have not been addressed in a timely manner. We have not had AC since late May and when I reach out I am usually ignored. When I was finally given a time frame for someone to come check it out, not even fix it, not only did they not come that day, but not the other day either.

Worst management there is
Worst management I have ever experienced since Heritage sold the property. The management won’t even willfully admit to who actually owns the property now. They do not hire enough maintenance to keep up with the amount of apartments being managed. A leak that is soaking your carpets will not even be addressed in a timely manner.
