I lived here for 4 years and literally these apartments are the Worst!! You can only imagine how many roaches, spiders, ants and more that are here. These apartments are extremely Old, they say it’s “updated” but extremely poorly. The residents there are always Loud, fighting and drug dealers make this place unsafe. The leasing agents will directly lie and say that the property is safe. There’s been numerous car break in’s, the maintenance team is not very bright, plus when you request... maintenance it takes forever to hear back. The management team Hope is an absolute disaster and needs to be let go. Her sassy attitude, lack of professionalism and her constant lies really affects the integrity of the property. Oh don’t let me forget about the amount of trash, filth All over the property the laundry rooms are extremely dirty, people leave nasty clothing all over the machines and just out right nasty. Don’t forget the amount dog poop as well!! Literally the Best decision ever made for leaving for much better.

For anyone that might apply to this place, please DON'T! It is not worth it! They'll try to get you to stay here with some amazing offer or whatever but trust me, its not worth it! The first issue I had when I got here was nothing was really cleaned, things were missing. The huge red flag was that some of the outlets were would spark when plugged in and make loud noises! Other than that whenever they got that fixed it was okay but let's get down to real business of this place. They have a BIG... German roach infestation!!! Within a week or 2 they were everywhere! Call maintenance to come handle it but nothing really works! Speaking of maintenance but they're not the best either, not going to lie. It takes them a LONG time to get things fixed! Like maybe 2-3 weeks. Now its probably not maintenance fault because they're probably short staffed and got to handle the important stuff first so I'll try not to fault them. Me and my boyfriend are looking to move out of town and Pelham was our first apartment we toured. Ms Jill was very welcoming and kind and very detailed with information. She helped us through our application process and has been an amazing agent along the way along with tours, quick responses and answering any questions we had!

I had a problem with wasps quickly setting up a nest right next to my front door and Jill made sure pest control would come by that day to spray. I’m allergic and can’t get stung. Jill made the effort to follow me back to my apartment and temporarily shoo the wasps away so I could get inside until pest control arrived. She has always been the most pleasant person to work with in the management office but I really appreciate the extra step to help me out.

I have enjoyed living here. Any issues I needed, have been solved swiftly. Jill has especially gone out of her way from the beginning to help me out. She helped me get into a nice apartment, and helped with getting me entered into financial assistance programs. She even stayed an hour late to make sure I could get moved in when I got off work. The apartments are very nice, and I was even able to get into a larger than expected apartment. Maintenance gets sent down quickly, and my neighbors have... all been kind, and welcoming. When I was having an issue that could seriously affect my quality of life, Jill jumped into action and made sure that it was solved within a single day. She took me seriously when I needed her, and helped me when she didn’t have to. I am thankful to live in a place where I know any issues will be solved. This feels like a very safe place to live, with good people around. It’s normally pretty quiet, and I haven’t had any issues with anyone here.
