I had a problem with wasps quickly setting up a nest right next to my front door and Jill made sure pest control would come by that day to spray. I’m allergic and can’t get stung. Jill made the effort to follow me back to my apartment and temporarily shoo the wasps away so I could get inside until pest control arrived. She has always been the most pleasant person to work with in the management office but I really appreciate the extra step to help me out.

I have enjoyed living here. Any issues I needed, have been solved swiftly. Jill has especially gone out of her way from the beginning to help me out. She helped me get into a nice apartment, and helped with getting me entered into financial assistance programs. She even stayed an hour late to make sure I could get moved in when I got off work. The apartments are very nice, and I was even able to get into a larger than expected apartment. Maintenance gets sent down quickly, and my neighbors have... all been kind, and welcoming. When I was having an issue that could seriously affect my quality of life, Jill jumped into action and made sure that it was solved within a single day. She took me seriously when I needed her, and helped me when she didn’t have to. I am thankful to live in a place where I know any issues will be solved. The people working at this complex are friendly and very helpful. The complex itself is peaceful and pleasant. The rent is reasonable in these inflationary times. I am very happy here.

The complex was built in the 70's, I believe. Pelham has strived to update not only the esthetics, but the infrastructure of the buildings. I have never had an issue getting help from maintenance when needed. I think if you are a quiet, polite tenant, and keep a clean house, it goes along way to working well with the "office". Jill is amazing and will show you to your new home! I think the value matches the rent.

If you are in need of a roof over your head go ahead and apply, but if you are wanting a HOME to live in DONT do it. I cannot foresee my self living here longer than the lease length amount. I only been here 1 week and my concerns have been met with hostility and it should tell you something if a exterminator needs to come out every Tuesday to the property. they will beef up the benefits to get you in but I can surely say it is not worth it.
