The office staff is wonderful!! We did have a lot of things wrong with the apartment- AC was broken, counter top was cracked, blinds were broken, cracks in the floor boards, crack in kitchen tile and was overall not the cleanest. The office and maintenance are amazing.

Most Helpful Office Crew Dana was our first contact and I usually seek her out when I go in the office but all seem eager to help and that always makes my day a lot better.
Dana, Brook, Kaytlin, Chelsea, and Meoshia make a really nice office staff.

Don't move here

The space and storage provided is great and the inside of my apartment is beautiful. However, everything else about this complex is REALLY not great.
My roommate and I signed a lease in January to move in by the end of April. We were told that the amenities the community offered (pool, leasing office/clubhouse, dog washing station, dog parks, gym, car maintenance station) would be completed in May. It’s October now. Everything except for the dog park has still not been completed. The office...
promises dates to current and future residents of these amenities completion, but then they keep pushing back the date! Very frustrating, as we were hoping to have a pool to enjoy this summer and did not! We’ve also heard stories from other residents that moved in a year ago and were promised that everything would be done in Spring of 21. It's also sad to see how much they’re trying to rush to put other apartment buildings up while all amenities are slow moving.
Also, the grounds are very unkempt. The grass is always overgrown and never done well, especially in the dog park. Also, the dog waste stations are constantly overflowing with bags that have not been taken out and out of dog waste bags for people to use.
The office management and maintenance teams are very annoying to deal with. Maintenance will come into an apartment without giving notice. Also, when we moved into our apartment, there was a long list of items needing to be fixed, which we reported at the time of our move in in April and it took months for them to complete the items. Shockingly enough too, we looked at our resident portal and saw that they changed the dates that those requests were entered, so management made it look like they completed our requests in only a week or two when we knew that it had been months. They don't really answer questions well and are not always helpful.
Finally, we have not been happy with the amount of police called to our complex for domestic violence disputes and other sketchy calls. Nothing has been said by the office about the decreasing safety of our area.
Needless to say, we will not be resigning our lease once it is up. The amount of money we are paying in rent is not worth it, so we'll go somewhere that is worth it and actually treats their residents well instead of like money machines.
SO future residents BEWARE! Everything they say to you on a tour is a lie, except for the nice features inside the apartments themselves.

Absolutely NO AMENITIES a year later

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of amenities. This apartment community has been here for over a year without amenities. The construction crew is building up apartment building after apartment building and there seems to be no one working on the Leasing Office. We were promised a resort-style swimming pool, a completed clubhouse with a 24-Hour Fitness Center, 2 dog parks, Amazon lockers and more. It’s the middle of April and they have not even dug out the hole for the pool. I don’t... understand why this company thinks that it’s acceptable to have people living here without amenities. I was told that everything would be done by February/March which is why I moved in. There’s no way they are going to get the leasing office and pool done before summer. Another scorching summer with no pool. I have talked to my neighbors and no one is planning to renew their lease, there are even people who are trying to pay out an early termination, which by the way, is about $5000. I’ve called the Regional Manager multiple times with no call back. I’m sure this is going to be a great community, but they’ve had well over a year to get this stuff done and it’s literally just sitting here. I chose this particular apartment because of the view. It was supposed to be a pool view, but all I’m looking at is an open, muddy space that should be a completed resort-style pool. I’m sure there is a reason, but this feels like a textbook “bait and switch situation”. Absolutely ridiculous to build an apartment community without at a functioning leasing office and pool.
