Smoking allowed in designated areas
For non compliance $250 violation fee strictly enforced

Pet Policy
$25/day for first 6 nights, $15/day thereafter
Unauthorized pet: $100 penalty with max 2 pets per room
Service animals... exempt
Max weight permissible is 150lbs
Any dangerous or illegally traded will not be permissible

Pots, Pans & Plates
$39.99- Purchase for pots and pans larger set
$19.99- Purchase for plates
If guest wants to rent the $39.99 set then $15 /week. $40 penalty to be deducted from security deposit if the rented items are spoilt

Linen Damage
If linen(pillow,bedsheet,duvet,towel) gets damaged then we will charge between $15 to $40 penalty depending on item

Late Checkout
Checkout time is 11:00 am
$10 per hour (max 4 hours). Post that full day rental *Subject to availability

Early Check In
Checin time 3:00pm. 12:00pm to 3:00pm can be accommodated with no extra fees subject to room availability
Between 7am to 12:00pm charge is $10/hour

Property Damage
