The location is great! It's clean, the staff are super friendly, and maintenance is awesome. Everyone is responsive and helpful. I've really enjoyed my time here and would recommend 400 Rhett to anyone looking to live downtown Greenville.

400 Rhett is exactly the reason you spend a little more to get a whole lot more. My wife has never lived in an apartment and it has been well over 35 years since I have lived in one. The amenities are probably pretty much standard, but the interior of the building and overall layout are exactly what we wanted. We are approximately 150 yards from Main St and this local makes most of downtown Greenville an easy walk. Management is friendly, efficient and very reasonable.
