Having recently moved from another state, I greatly appreciate Covey Homes Midsomer. We were surprised to find (early 2025) standalone houses to lease for very reasonable prices, with very useful house amenities (backyard privacy fence along outside houses, alarm system and smart home technology). The neighborhood is overall quiet and safe, and the quality of the houses are fantastic. Access to the interstate is about 1 mile, and convenient for GA and SC commutes. I love my house, my privacy and... my community.

Amazing property and a bargain for the location and size of homes. I love the backyard. So much better than renting an apartment.

Beautiful homes and I love my neighborhood!
The homes are so pretty in person, I have a 4 bedroom that has so much space. I love the cute yards, the community events and just the wonderful feel of living here at Midsomer.
