This Apartment complex is not worth the money. When I moved here the rent was like $880 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath not bad but now it is $ 1300 no upgrades or nothing , This place has been through 5 mangers and 2 time the whole office staff crew was fired.. There is a mole problem and pest problem here as well. I can say the trash dumpster issue is better it use be running over. I have went in office to ask questions and nobody knows the answer, went in office twice and a staff member kid was... running wild and another one of this same staff members family was laying on the couch with her feet hanging over the arm rest, this staff member could not even answer me she was so distracted unprofessional!!!!! The assistant manager the longest staying staff member use to be so professional, This pass couple of weeks we have been having repairs to our roof , so the parking has been terrible, I usually park across from my building in the 200 building spaces, but due to me getting off late that night it was not any spaces so I park on the opposite side of the 300 building, keep in mind the last message I received in my email was on 06/12 about 100 building parking. Tell me why they had my car towed to ward street I had to pay $ 290 for my car. Keep in mind we had work done a while back and they towed people cars to the other side of the parking lot not to ward street. My neighbor said they sent out a text but I DID NOT get one isn’t that funny, I did get a email but I don’t check my email like that. I have been here 5 years this June and I know the assistant manager knows my car why not call me and the have my tag number in my file, they know I don’t break the rules on purpose . This was done on purpose and I do not find it funny at all!!!! This is the last straw I got to go soon!!! Just be mindful before moving here!!!

At first I had a few hiccups with my apartment however management and maintenance worked together to make it better for me. I love that the development stands alone with no other too close. It's close to everything and nice area. Family and kid friendly.

I didn't have a great move in experience and think alot of things could be done differently with the process before moving in. However management has worked to help make things get better and maintenance do respond and work to get things fixed keep in mind its covid and not that many available and when you email management office they do respond in a timely manner. The community is nice not much to do and at times you hear hanging out on the stairwell. Overall aside my not so great move in... experience I do like my apartment and neighborhood.
