I have lived here for a year now and haven't had any problems accept with my a/c. It stopped working in the middle of summer and they came right out to fix it in less than an hour and had it working in no time. It's very quiet here, never hear my neighbors and in a great location. I live so close to great grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. And not far from the Northwoods Mall either, so that is great. There is a pool and play ground also. They also have a clubhouse you can rent... for events if you'd like. I enjoy living here.
