Do not move here unless you live on the 3rd floor…the floors/ceilings are thinner than paper. I live on the 1st floor and the people above me constantly makes noise and after asking them nicely to try and quiet it down due to working from home they purposely stomp/bang and I have recorded videos to show it is more than normal noise. They also bang loudly until 2a. I have addressed this to management (Madison) and she has spoken to them but after I reached out again because the noise got worse... after I kindly went up there to address it with them directly… she claims it does not violate the lease, which is does violate noise ordinance, and they will not intervene any further. I have lived here for sometime and we have been through our share of property managers. The current company that manages the property were very proactive at first- but now it seems to take a month to get a simple work order taken care of and we never see anyone from the management company. Overall it is a quiet place to live and everyone is friendly, just don’t expect things to get fixed quickly!

While the apartments the self are acceptable condition. God forbid anything fails the management is run off site and it will take weeks before anyone takes notice and the emergency number you will be told it's not a real emergency (honestly I think the apartment would need to be on fire to constitute a emergency). And the management staff (in paticular gabby) is unhelpful, unpleasant and just generally has a bad attitude. Not worth the money!!! For all the stress!!!
