Great location, near the new Publix and Ebenezer Park's pickleball & tennis courts

I have lived in The Grove townhomes for 3 years now and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The community is family-friendly, and my neighbors are kind and enjoyable to be around. 3 Stone Rentals (the management team) is always professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Moved here solely because I saw reviews of the neighborhood being "quiet"... but I hear loud bikes, traffic,& music constantly. Not to mention my neighbors are also the loudest individuals I've ever lived beside. Management also doesn't respond to emails unless you constantly bother them. And yes, it's just as bad as an apartment. I can hear my neighbors on both sides walking/talking in their rooms upstairs while I'm downstairs. jennifer with 3 stone helped me with my application which was nice and she took her time. I rented a townhome and they are nice and look brand new. I like that I can log into a portal and pay my rent online or if I need help I can do that online also. I did have a maintenance request because I did not think the thermostate works but it turned out that I was not working it right. The Management was rude and I was quickly hung-up on for asking questions. The flooring is cheap and comes up quickly. It's quiet that's the bonus.
