Such a great community! The staff is so nice and accommodating and everything stays clean and maintained. It’s such a great location being by downtown DI but still quiet and tucked away.

We have been here almost 2 1/2 years and we love living here. The staff , Nicole, Mikala , Riley, Drew, Moose and Mark are always around and ready to help with anything. The Port House is our home .

The Port House is wonderful! It is quiet, tucked back in the woods off the main thoroughfares. The font desk staff are very very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment and the common areas are very clean, high-class. The maintenance folks are responsive, quick, friendly, and also very helpful.

The Port House has been amazing so far! The amenities are amazing and very up to date. The apartments have tons of storage, even the 1 bedrooms! My favorite area is the game room.

This community continues to be very tenant friendly and offer great services.
