So far I am very happy with my choice. Any issue I have had they management and maintenance staff have been on it. Both have been very nice and helpful. It’s quiet neighbors have been nice and you are close to everything. I couldn’t ask for more.

Hate the weed smell coming in my apt from others in my complex. Can be noisy at really weird or late hours. Better steps to the apt so they aren't as steep going up them.

I enjoy my apartment but there are always issues popping up. From leaks to unexplained odors and chipping paint. I am not used to living on the second floor and the AC in my room is just not up to par. I have had to purchased fans to stay cool. Now I hear there may be a leak in the AC unit. I forgot to mention that the washing machine machine needs to be replaced but they can't until it completely dies. I have to make sure that my loads are super small or it will spin and make a ridiculous... amount of noise. The dishwasher has to be cleaned frequently, even though I do not use it, because it has water sitting at the bottom that can smell awful. This place does not have a lot of storage capability. The staff have been very responsive, helpful and very nice. I have had a great experience so far with Wellspring. I am glad I chose this apartment complex.

Very quiet community and friendly neighbors. Haven't checked out amenities yet. Large patios which is a plus instead of just sitting inside your home.
