So far everything is good. We have a few things that need to be fixed but overall everything was shown as the management team said. The technicians are very responsive and they do address your needs.

The first couple of days have been rough. There was a mixup with the door key, the toilet in the guest bathroom overflowed, the faucets in the guest bathroom look disgusting, one of the outlets in the kitchen is extremely loose, switch cover in the living room is missing, and the floor is super creaky. I love the setup of the apartment and everyone in the office is super nice.

Everything so far is good. The maintenance people resolved an issue we had. The location is great, nice views and close to shopping areas, entertainment and food.

Pricing is rough. And also I still have not received our key fobs. But it is a nice layout and a good neighborhood. I do enjoy the location as well!

everything at wellspring has been great! maintenance deals with issues rather quickly and neighborhood is decently quiet. the only complaint is when the garbage trucks pick up trash from the dumpsters at 4:30am sometimes!
