Seems untouched since previous move out. Overall just needs some TLC. Great price for a good place to stay. The layout is perfect for us and we love the safety features.

I've been living in this apartment community for a while now, and it's been a really good experience. The management team is responsive and friendly—they handle maintenance requests quickly, which I really appreciate. The grounds are clean, and the amenities like the pool and gym are well maintained. It's a peaceful neighborhood, and I feel safe even during late evening walks. Parking is usually easy to find, and the location is convenient with grocery stores, parks, and restaurants nearby. I... also love how pet-friendly the place is; it’s been great for my little one to make friends around the community. Overall, it's a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and well-managed apartment community. Thank you for making it feel like home!

Thank you for all you do. The maintenance staff is outstanding as usual. I know after that terrible storm you all are busy trying to clean up the mess. Still, the maintenance team has time to promptly answer any issues I had. Bravo!

Everything has been great. Things are fix in timely manner. It's kept clean noise level is great at night. Only complaint is neighbors leaving trash by their door for days that smell
