The complex is overall a great bang for your buck. The complex is clean and mostly well kept. The apartments are spacious. And they have many modern amenities like a package locker, EV chargers and connected doors and ac.

Varia at Oakcrest is a beautiful apartment home. It is located at a very calm and soothing environment. You won’t hear the road traffic noise which is cherry on cake.

I love living here. Everyone is nice and respectful. I hope we never have to leave. In these horrible economic times, it is becoming more difficult to live and survive.

Varia is a great place to live. I love that there is a lake and a deck where you can hang out and unwind. The community is very quiet and I feel very safe here. I just wish we had valet trash service! LOL

I have only high praises for the staff and for the maintenance staff! I love the improvements they have made to the entire complex. I can hardly wait to jump in the pool and get some sun on the brand new furniture.
