So far, Varia at Oakcrest takes the time out to keep all things on the property in working order. I think it is outstanding. The property is clean and well maintained. The trash doesnt pile up out of control like I have seen and experience in other apartment complexes. The biggest thing for me is the gate is always in working order. I used to live at an apartment complex with a gate and it stayed open duevto having issues more than half of the time I lived there

Quick easy mov-in process . Really nice staff - nice property as well. The manager and the reps did a great job and the self guided tours made it easy to chose the best apartment for me. Love the different sections .

The move-in process was incredibly quick and easy. The staff was always available and responsive—they answered all my (many!) questions and emails without hesitation. From the moment you walk in, there’s a real sense of community, and the updated amenities and perks make it even better. My unit was spotless and had everything I needed for a smooth transition. I especially appreciate the use of modern technology and the overall transparency throughout the leasing and move-in process. It really... made me feel at home from day one!
