This community is pretty safe and the maintenance team responds promptly to issues. There are lots of tech upgrades that are often out of order, such as package lockers, keyless entry, wifi thermostats, etc (that all require separate apps to operate). A lot of the reason this apartment complex is labeled “luxury” is because of the tech upgrades- and when they are down so often, it makes you wonder what you are paying premium rent for. I think that at its core, this apartment community is very... basic (if not outdated) with some added “amenities” that they’re up-charging for. The gym is just okay and the pool is right next to the dumpster. There are no elevators, very limited covered parking, and the location is extremely inconvenient and isolated. My apartment is in need of renovation- carpet removal, new countertops, new cabinets, etc. but the air conditioning works great and there are lovely windows. You have to drive your trash around to the front dumpster, which is gross.

since moving in everyone has been very welcoming and supportive of our stay.The neighboors are quiet, and those with animals take excellent care at keeping poop from being all over the complex. the air conditioning, water, and just all around the whole complex is really up to par. i just wish the pool opened earlier than may.

Overall a great place. Centrally located, good amenities and nice units. Modern but at a good cost. I've lived here for a while and haven't found anything with the same cost value ratio.
