ive lived in one of the one bed/one bath units for 2 years now and plan to stay. the units are cute and unique: real hard wood floor, crystal door knobs, black & white bathroom floor tile, baby blue kitchen cabinets- love it! i do wish they would pave the gravel lot where we park but that's just a minor comment, parking is fine as-is too.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a valued resident at 1321 Lofts over the past two years! We’re so glad to hear that you’ve enjoyed your home and plan to stay with us. It’s wonderful to know that you appreciate the character and... unique features of the apartments—those historic touches like the hardwood floors, crystal door knobs, and vintage-style finishes really do make the space special. We also appreciate your feedback about the parking area. While we’re happy to hear it’s working well for you overall, we understand your comment about the gravel lot and will certainly keep that in mind for future improvements. Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of our community!
