Love living here and great location!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance services are always prompt at resolving any issues. I do think it’s time for new carpet in the building hallways and inside building needs more thorough cleaning.

I really enjoy living here. The location is great and the new coffee shop is very nice. The apartments are very modern and eveything is nice. The location is also convenient it’s close to everything and the view of the river is great!

The apartment is great, it’s an amazing location and the staff is awesome especially maintenance. The only reason I didn’t give 4 stars is because my neighbors smoke so much weed in makes the whole building stink and it gets annoying.

Garbage removal and cleanliness continues to challenge this complex. Apartments are nice and maintenance is responsive, however the garbage removal is wildly inconsistent and rules ( placing trash in the designated receptacle) are not enforced such that there is a large amount of trash in the hallway everyday. Common area cleaning and up keep should be increased in frequency to maintain the property in good condition.

Sola Station is beautiful and offers some great amenities. Every person on staff I have dealt with has been wonderful. Maintenance has come twice and they were quick and efficient. A few areas that keeps it from 5 stars. I viewed the apartment before I moved in and pointed out some serious paint scrapes on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I was told they would probably be covered with a "paint pen." That didn't sound great. When I moved in then hadn't been covered at all. Cars are parked... along the red "no parking" curbs at all hours, sometimes making it awkward to get out of legit parking spaces. When people are moving in or out, I get it, but they stay there all night, every night. Water pressure is so low thar sometimes toilets won't flush. Maintenance came and fixed at my shower because water would barely come out of the showerhead. The package room is awful. Packages stacked on the floor everywhere despite there being lockers. I had a vacuum delivered and never dtd find it.
