The community is very nice, I like that the residence is right beside the river walk, a restaurant, and coffee shop. My only complaint is the rent increases when you renew.

Best maintenance ever had with apartment. Upscale apartments that stand above rest with community and restaurants in courtyard. Three pools and great front office . Facilities are the best. Friendly neighbors are the best part.

Sola station is the place to be in Columbia, SC. The complex is in a fantastic location and there are always things to do. They recently added a coffee shop in the retail space and I’m so excited for the business to thrive and be here for a long time.

I love this apartment. I feel safe. Luckily, there’s an elevator to help me move all of my stuff. Easy to park. I’d recommend this to my friends if someone needs to move here.
