I’ve had a great experience so far at Sola Station. The property is spacious with excellent amenities, well-maintained, and my unit is quiet, clean, and fully updated. I absolutely love the pool, the coffee shop, and taking walks on the grounds after work! Staff is kind and accessible, and I’ve found a great community of people my age.

What is the cleaning schedule for the building? Currently, the hallway, the lobby area of each floor, the back stairway are covered with dust and debris for a long period of time. Ever since we moved in their items on the floor and they’re still there. It would be nice to know what is the cleaning schedule, from what it is right now it doesn’t seem like it’s been clean for a while because the back staircase is covered with cobwebs.
