Best maintenance ever had with apartment. Upscale apartments that stand above rest with community and restaurants in courtyard. Three pools and great front office . Facilities are the best. Friendly neighbors are the best part.

Sola station is the place to be in Columbia, SC. The complex is in a fantastic location and there are always things to do. They recently added a coffee shop in the retail space and I’m so excited for the business to thrive and be here for a long time.

I love this apartment. I feel safe. Luckily, there’s an elevator to help me move all of my stuff. Easy to park. I’d recommend this to my friends if someone needs to move here.

The complex has turned into a dump; Potholes everywhere, no landscaping (other than leaf blowing) has been done near my building in months, homeless people dumpster diving in the overflowing trash, torn up pool chairs, lack of safety and the cleanliness and upkeep of the buildings just continues to decrease the longer I live here. I also recently was supposed to receive renewal options and didn’t receive them until I was within my 60 day range to give my move out notice - so I’m sure that will... result in an additional fee at my expense for management’s issue. The interior has been great for the last two years at least.
