Great and safe place to live, however, I wish the amenities were kept up with more consistently. For example, both grills do not properly light and most of the chairs at the pool are ripped.

I really like living here, but there are a few things that bother me. The parking against red curbs drives me and others crazy, despite the new paint and threat of towing. I don't necessarily want people towed but a few tickets might stop the practice. I sometimes find it difficut for two cars to pass on Canalside because of the illegal parking. I was even parked in once. If I can attach a photo in this survey, I will.The package room is ridiculous. Please add shelves or require delivery... servces to divide the packages by the signs on the walls or use the lockers. I and others have spent long stretches looking through big stacks of boxes for our packages. The elevator in the 630 building still doesn't work.and when I ask about an estimate, they just say they don't know. The tree branches hang low over the sidewalk at the same end of that building, so I have duck and dodge my way, which is difficult when carrying groceries or other objects.The elevators smell bad lately. The apartment complex is in a great location downtown. I like that Bierkeller is nearby and the river walk. Also the location is close to a lot of places. Overall it is a good option for the price.

It’s been nice living in a walkable area with friendly neighbors. I wish stairway and parking garage was cleaner. I have also had the same maintenance issue for 8months. Additionally the flies in the first floor hallway is really disturbing as well as overflowing trash bins and dog poop everywhere. Besides that it’s nice .

I love living here, but parking has gotten so frustrating. People park in the fire lane on the street all of the time and it makes it so hard to drive through or quickly drop something/someone off. People are even parking on the crosswalk now and it’s incredibly annoying.
