When I toured this complex back in May I had a choice between 2 units. I chose the first unit I saw because it was on the end, despite the fact that the other unit was nicer. Welp, 3 months later, and I’m rather disappointed at the fact that:
1. I can’t put a patio set or chairs of any kind out back because the area stays wet all the time, and I wasn’t informed until a month AFTER moving in, that there was an ongoing water issue with the water department, which has the entire side and back of... my unit soaked in water! The landscaper can’t cut my grass unless he wears knee high rain boots and uses an edger or weed cutter! Each time it rains, it looks more and more like the slab in front of my back door is sinking. There’s no way they did not know there was an ongoing water issue before moving someone in these units!
2. Good luck submitting maintenance requests. They’re closed out without anyone ever setting foot in my place to fix anything! Both bedrooms have yet to have the blinds replaced. In addition, I submitted a maintenance request to inform them that the water pressure in my upstairs bathroom is not strong at all. I have to use the downstairs bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth! That’s ridiculous! I’m at a point to where I just want to be relocated to another unit and pray it’s not worse than this one! Really irritated right now ??

Can’t wait!!!
On my tour, I met with the manager who truly seems to care about his residence. He gave me an honest rundown of my situation and actually cared about helping me get better and not just only for the apartments but in life.

Terrible experience
I drove over 20 hours to get to an apartment (St.Hell) that is, 1. In a bad area 2. No running water! Bad enough I moved during the weekend (office close) so I had to wait till Monday, I went to the office at 938am, left and came back home at 5pm, still no running water. Maintenance came and said “ you’re going to have to do with what you got”. So the next morning I waited for maintenance to arrive and no one showed up till i went to the office upset, now my base broad in my kitchen is leaking,... don’t ask me how or why but it is, now today makes 5 days me and my family haven’t showered, worse move ever.

Home sweet home
I love my home from the very beginning they made me feel welcome my apartment was clean and very up to date my kids love visiting the park and maintenance is great with keeping the apartment grounds clean I recommend to everyone who is interested to apply.
