Garbage disposal/Light bulb out in bedroom ceiling fan Thank you so much for the new ceiling fan. The other maintenance issue was the garbage disposal. Thank you for correcting the problem. It works fine again. Very pleased with the maintenance problems being moved quickly.

Overall fine experience Getting the keys and working with the office is easy. They respond quickly and help make the move in process seamless.
The apartment was overall in good condition. However the dishwasher was completely dirty and does not seem to drain well. It does not appear they cleaned it before the move in. Most of the base boards were dirty which I had to clean again. The carpet did not seem it was cleaned either, maybe ran a vacuum over it. The shower still has spots that need to... be cleaned as well.
Also I did not realize until the day I picked up my keys that this property allowed smoking IN the building. That should be more clear when doing a tour or on the website. The apartment I have has a lingering smoke smell. The other issue is someone could be smoking in their apartment and it comes through the vents. Wish I would have known that before, not a question that will be missed on my next search. Read More

Neighbors Really tired of advising that neighbors above me… have go consideration for those below. It’s been reported… but repeated. By the time someone comes the noise is gone. It’s call about communication and being considerate of others .
