I have lived here almost 4.5 years and under the previous management I had lots of issues. Communication issues with the front desk staff and maintenance and lots of issues with how maintenance fixed things. I was met with rudeness and impatience. I did not feel welcomed here or cared for. Currently we have the absolute best staff I have ever experienced while living here. Amber is kind, very friendly, and always gives me details when I ask without any issue, which is very important to me. The... maintenance staff is amazing! I love Charlie, Billy, & Richard! They are all so friendly, they listen to my rambling, help ease my anxiety, and they are great at what they do! All of the staff are very easy to talk to and as someone who is neurodivergent I appreciate that as I am generally anxious when speaking to people about important things. The maintenance staff always explains things to me in a way I understand and I don't feel unsafe having them come in to do work like I have with previous maintenance staff. I now feel comfortable here and want to continue to stay here, whereas in the past before the current staff I thought about leaving due to feeling unsafe and uncared for. I've been here about two weeks now ,from the time I started my process with Pine Grove Apartments ( My New Home)From the New Management both young ladies Ms. Iesha and Ms. Olivia have been so helpful to make my process quick and easy. My three bedroom home I'm in love with all the way down to the big space and my kitchen especially with all the different closet space and even the extra storage on the balcony. I applied for a unit here and talked with the office a couple times. They had a couple questions but told me everything was fine and I would hear from them later on same day. I waited four more days before I finally called them. I was denied without any reason. They claimed in the office I was sent an email. That was incorrect. They said they would resend the email. Incorrect also. They said they would send me the phone number to call and question this. Third time isn’t the charm. Another lie.... There are lots of properties in the area. The maintenance crew and front office staff have been helpful and pleasant to work with (they are the new management company, the previous staff were never even in the office), but the area itself is concerning. There are frequently shopping carts left in the middle of the parking lot and there is always loose garbage scattered around the dumpsters. Not an area I feel safe living in and I’m glad to be moving soon. Would not recommend living here.
