I have lived at 42 Magnolia for over a year.

In my year here, management has changed, and to say the transition has been rough is an understatement. The management is completely unresponsive to inquiries, regardless of the avenue (Phone, Residence Portal, or Email). I have been charged multiple fees I shouldn't have been, and when I inquired about them, crickets...

On multiple occasions now, our apartment's internet service has been de-bulked and cut off due to management's failure to meet... its obligations. This is unacceptable when my spouse works from home.

It is nearly mid-June, and the pool is still closed and disgusting.

Communication with residents is passive-aggressive or non-existent. I have serious concerns about whether the other fees we are charged every month are actually going to the services we pay for, like pest control.

I could not, in clean conscience, recommend anyone move here, which is a shame, as the location in Forrest Acres is what makes it attractive. The rent is too high for the quality of the living space, and the management doesn't help in making it any easier to stomach when they are so poor.

What have y’all turned this place into? This used to be the premier apartment complex in Forest Acres.

Now you have a resident getting arrested because they fired a gun shot in the parking lot after a bunch of people got in arguments.

The use of weed is rampant (in a smoke free property) to the point that you park
your car and as soon as you get out you smell the weed.

You have the outside of apartments torn to shreds because people don’t take care of it. Heaps of... trash bags left in parking spaces after valet trash picks them up. Plus charging residents fees that aren’t in their leases and not fixing it (yes current residents make sure you know your lease and utility charges, they will make you pay for things you aren’t legally responsible for and only fix it if you reach out).

Do better this is absurd and you should be ashamed that you as the property management team turned a once esteemed apartment complex into a run down unsafe place!

The management team is terrible. They send nasty and aggressive emails to residents. They don’t answer emails or phone calls. Find somewhere else to live.
