I hate the loud neighbors in this college town. I’m on the fourth floor and the ones below me really suck.
It can be really annoying at night when I’m trying to watch a movie or be intimate with my girlfriend.
It really sucks on weekends, playing until 3 in the morning.

Front desk is rude, maintenance never fixes the issue throughly, you can't even make a request on the app because it needs to be fixed, the trash stays in the hallways for weeks

The management team here is genuinely impressive, and their professionalism stands out from the moment you interact with them. They are attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns, no matter how big or small. It’s clear they truly care about creating a positive experience for residents and keeping everything running smoothly. The maintenance staff is equally outstanding. They respond quickly to requests, address issues thoroughly, and carry themselves with a... friendly, respectful attitude. Whether it’s routine upkeep or unexpected repairs, they handle everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. Together, the management and maintenance teams create an environment that feels well-run, comfortable, and reliable. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where both sides work so well together and genuinely prioritize the well-being of the community.

It has been great! The leasing office has been helpful. I love being able to go to the docks and having a coffee shop right there! And I think I will really enjoy the study rooms.
