I love dockside! That’s really all that needs to be said. The community is amazing with pet friendly amenities that make the experience truly one of one. Was good the first year. It’s definitely been continuing to go downhill since then. The cleanliness of the common spaces, friendless of the staff, and quality of the maintenance repairs have all sadly gone down. It could be such a great place to live.

It’s been pretty good here! Staff is really nice. Just wish our flooring could be redone and that the hallways were kept cleaner!! Hallways are the biggest issue!

Dockside is located in a great place very central to a lot of things around. The pool is a nice area to hang out and the study rooms are great to have too. However, there could be better communication between the workers and the residents.
