I loved living at Dockside. The property is beautiful and it is such a nice location. I have lived here for two years now and am happy to live here again next year.

I hate the loud neighbors in this college town. I’m on the fourth floor and the ones below me really suck.

It can be really annoying at night when I’m trying to watch a movie or be intimate with my girlfriend.

It really sucks on weekends, playing until 3 in the morning.

Front desk is rude, maintenance never fixes the issue throughly, you can't even make a request on the app because it needs to be fixed, the trash stays in the hallways for weeks

It has been great! The leasing office has been helpful. I love being able to go to the docks and having a coffee shop right there! And I think I will really enjoy the study rooms.
