no communication, don't fix problems within the apartments; if they do, it takes months of consistently bothering the office. need more than one community trash can, as it gets gross fast. etc

There is a rusty hole at the top of my microwave oven; I had to buy a portable one because management haven't fixed it.
My dishwasher has never worked. The light stays on in the oven. There is a big hole in the washer/dryer door, and no rod in the bedroom closet. Also, management tells me that they are out of keys for the gym. The trash area hidden behind a huge grassy wall is overflowing with filth.

It has been an excellent experience living at westwind apartments so far and looking forward to staying over for many more years since it’s a confortable home and everything is near the area!

"Since last year, the maintenance service has been delayed, and we have faced many problems related to rent payments and access to the pool, as it often has issues. Our apartment also has a lot of roaches, and although we have requested pest control many times, we don’t think it has worked.
