Stay away from this place. It is not what they try to portray it.
The place is infested with roaches. The parking sucks. There’s no street lights or very little. Should I say the rent is too high their water bills are too high. The apartments are falling apart. The vinyl flooring just makes it more noise. Here you take away the insulation from the carpets now you hear everybody.

My roommate and I began our search for a new apartment in May, after having multiple leases fall through we soon had a week until we were homeless. After using the site we found James Town Village. I emailed their contact and was happy to get an immediate response. The apartment has a dishwasher with rentable washer/dryer which I haven't had before. There is a pool, tennis court, and dog park on the grounds as well all small amenities that make living in a complex very enjoyable. The staff all... are helpful and responsive when there are any issues. I couldn't be happier with the results from using this service.

Best in island living
My family and I have lived here at James Towne Village apartments for seven years and it truly feels like home. The office staff is pleasant and attentive! The motto is because nice matters and it shows! Lovely living arrangements that is well located close to the beach and accessible to other parts of Charleston. We will be here another year because no place is finer than where we are right now!
