Current resident. I am a young professional and was just looking for a clean, friendly and quiet place to live. This is NOT it. The place is littered with trash, the maintenance man yelled at another resident and the place is littered with drunk college students who do not let you use the amenities. They publicly shame the other residents in community-wide emails instead of just handling things like professionals would.

No place like HOME!
I love my community!! The staff are friendly and welcoming! Maintenance is always available to help and answer calls quickly! My neighbors are friendly! The community is quiet , safe and clean! Thank you Founders Yard!
