Cormac Charleston has been such a great place to call home! The apartments are super modern with tons of natural light, and the layout just feels really open and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch—especially the pool, gym, and rooftop spaces. Everything is always clean and well-maintained.
The staff here are awesome—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if anything comes up. I also love how pet-friendly the community is, and the location is perfect for getting around Charleston. Plus,... they host fun community events.
Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming place in Charleston!

Love living here! Great staff and building amenities. The units are spacious and offer great natural light. Maintenance team is quick to repair any fixes.

We've lived in 3 different apartment communities in Charleston in the last 4 years and before choosing the Cormac we toured and looked at reviews for every place downtown. The Cormac by far has been the best. The managers and maintenance are responsive and nice. It's fairly quiet. It's kept cleaned. The pool and workout facilities are fantastic! It's also very walkable to great restaurants and bars.
