The management company and staff do a terrible job for the most part and I couldn’t be happier to finally be done with this place

Rent is high. There is no parking and when you try to park somewhere else they vandalize your car. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. Mold, mildew, roaches, trash piles up. Place is unkept most of the time. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I lived here for a couple years, floorplans are spacious, staff is great and caring. They throw a great party each month too!

I leased one of these apartments for a year until I was ordered to go somewhere else in the continental US. The maintenance crew was great at fixing all of our requests within 2 days or less and the staff at the office were understanding of situations and were also very helpful. The only thing I really dislike is the fact that I was only in my apartment for about 1/2 of the month of March at the end of my lease and I was charged the full amount of rent for the entire month of March even though I... was only there until the 16th. Here is the kicker though. When I went to look at my bill they had taken 1/2 the rent out when I paid on the 1st but than the second half after I moved out on the 16th.
