Very welcoming, clean apartment. Staff reply to email and message in a timely manner. Keep the community updated with shuttle and other services. Maintenance is also important and get things done in a timely manner. So overall very excellent

Pros: Quick convenient approval and move in process. Nice amenities. Affordable rent. Cons: roommate wasn't the cleanest and didn't keep the cleanliness factor up to par prior to me moving in. Tv remote control was missing
